I didn't have canned food so I ate raw meat now i'm sick what practice. :(

I think charcoal tablets might help you.
Otherwise find a persistent server to log into.
Dump your gear on the ground.
Find a pigsty and dice.
And then run back and notice your gear with the new life. On persistent servers fifty-fifty after restarts your gear will be there.

This is prolly your best bet... accept information technology all off, stash it, and dice. The Charcoal tabs never seem to piece of work for me... drinking alot of water and puking used to work, just I haven't tried that in a long time.
